Nice app. But with a big bug, About once a week it doesn’t start. No reason given. It just blinks for a moment, and is gone again. After some hours or next day it works again. Tried to contact the support three times(!) over 6 weeks – no answer. So overall this app/company is not recommendable.

Hi, sorry for the problems! This is an issue with the Windows Store, not the game.

      Here are some ideas:
      – Run Store troubleshooter: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/instantanswers/69e76f90-d54c-44cf-9851-c2d1542790db/run-the-troubleshooter-for-windows-apps
      – Open a command prompt and reset the Store (find “Cmd” in Windows, then open the Command Prompt, and type wsreset.exe)
      – Go to the Windows Store, look for the game and try to update the game again
      – Disable any antivirus, then try to install any Windows updates
      – Double check that the date/time of the computer is accurate
      – Uninstall and install the game again

If nothing works, please contact Microsoft Windows Store support, to let them know of this issue, and tell them it is NOT an issue with the game.
      – Go to: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus/
      – Then type “windows store app trouble”, and then indicate that the troubleshooter did not work, and talk to a person

      Thanks for playing!

The game will not work. Can’t make contact via the website. The contact asks “are you human” it gives you a number + number with a ? at the end to enter. When you press ‘submit” the code is not recognised.
